Anika Gaskins began her career at Hasbro, Inc. as an International Treasury Analyst (foreign exchange trader). After working in Sales and Treasury for 4.5 years, Anika relocated back to her native hometown Las Vegas, Nevada. She began working at Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. as the company's first Casino Marketing Associate. She worked her way up through the organization as a Regional Director in Marketing where she won the Chairman's Award for Innovation in the Las Vegas Region. After 7 years of working in Las Vegas and on the Las Vegas strip, she was promoted to Vice President of Marketing  for Caesars Windsor in Ontario, Canada. In 2011, she joined Penn National Gaming and was the Vice President of Marketing for five of their casino properties including: Hollywood  Casino at Charles Town Races, Hollywood Casino Toledo and Mahoning Valley, Tropicana Las Vegas, and the M Resort Spa & Casino.
